Getting started

  • Yes — we are actively welcoming new patients across the Myrtle Beach area. You can request an appointment online or call us at 843-839-5286.

  • Please bring the following to your first visit:

    A valid photo ID · Your insurance card(s) · A list of current medications and dosages · Any relevant medical records or recent lab results · Your pharmacy name and address

    Arriving 10–15 minutes early gives us time to complete any paperwork before your appointment begins.

  • Yes. We offer same-day appointments for urgent concerns whenever our schedule allows. Call us at 843-839-5286 first thing in the morning for the best availability.

Insurance & payment

  • We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and many commercial plans. Because coverage changes frequently, we recommend calling your insurance provider to confirm in-network status before your visit.

  • Yes, we accept Medicare. Nurse practitioners are fully authorized to bill Medicare for primary care services, including annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings.

  • We believe everyone deserves access to quality care. If you are uninsured or underinsured, please call us to discuss self-pay options and pricing before your visit.

    Self-pay patients are always welcome. We'll work with you to make care accessible.
  • Co-pays and any known patient responsibility are collected at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For questions about a bill you've received, please call our office.

Scheduling & visits

  • You can request an appointment using our online form or by calling us at 843-839-5286 during office hours (Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm).

  • We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient who may need care. To cancel, please call us directly.

  • We provide a full range of primary care services for adults and seniors, including:

    Annual wellness exams · Sick visits · Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, and more) · Preventive screenings · Medication management · Lab orders and follow-ups
  • New patient visits are typically 45–60 minutes. Follow-up and sick visits are generally 20–30 minutes. We build in enough time so you never feel rushed — if you have multiple concerns, let us know when you schedule so we can plan accordingly.

Records & referrals

  • To request a copy of your medical records, please call our office at 843-839-5286. We'll provide the appropriate release form and process your request in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

  • Yes. If your care requires a specialist, we will provide a referral and coordinate with the specialist's office on your behalf. We stay involved in your care throughout the process to ensure continuity.
